Return and Exchange Policy

Eligibility:
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items within 30 daysof the purchase date.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Final sale items, including clearance and limited-edition products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@mrbowaz.com to initiate the process.

2. Prepare Your Package: Include your order number and reason for return or exchange. Repack the item securely.

3. Ship It Back: Use a trackable shipping service to return the item to the address provided by our team. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, we’ll send out the new item once we receive the original item back. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a prompt replacement.
